A somewhat good mix of fats, proteins and micronutrients, if not over-consumed;
- brazil: a great source of copper and selenium
- hazelnut: a great source of manganese, omega 6 and omega 9
- peanut - very high in fibre
- pistachio - high in copper and vitamin b6
- walnut - lots of antioxidants, high in omega 3
