Stretching
Worthwhile, especially as we age; stretching and flexibility allow for a full range of motion (ROM) for muscles but warming up and mobility work (which includes stretching) are better as they are 'compound' movements that involve coordination, motor control, stability and strength.
Helps if you can control your breathing.
