You'll find lots of websites stating that it's preferable to take Anavar on an empty stomach as it's fat soluble and any fat in your stomach will dissolve the dose and potentially inhibit or slow absorption. This does not make sense! Vitamins may be either water or fat soluble but whatever the case, it's nearly always recommended to take with food. Why would dissolving either affect absorption?
Half life is short so it's better to spread/split your dose over the day. If you're taking 20mg, take 10mg twice a day. If you're taking 30mg, take 10mg three times a day
