The UK's Food Standards Agency (FSA) recommends;1
- Beef:
- Chicken: 180 °C ((160 °C fan oven, 350 °F)
- Duck: 200 °C (180 °C fan oven, 400°F)
- Goose: 200 °C (180 °C fan oven, 400°F)
- Lamb:
- Pork:
- Turkey: 180 °C ((160 °C fan oven, 350 °F)
