Pancake Mix
Preparation time: 15-25 minutes
Cooking time: 30 to 120 minutes
Enough for for 6-8 pancakes.
Don't be fooled and think it's too runny - as the mixture is so thin, so are the pancakes.
Ingredients
Method
- Sift the 110g plain flour into a mixing bowl
- Add the salt
- Make a well in the middle of the plain flour and break the two eggs into it
- Whisk gently (a fork is fine if need be)
- Add the 200ml milk gradually, right from the start
- Keep whisking till smooth

Melt the 30g butter and add to the batter and whisk some more

Fry on a medium heat
