You really can't get any better than fresh (or even reheated frozen) home cooked food. It's a simple way to avoid so-called ultra-processed foods and the typical (and often surprising) ingredients they contain such as;

Ultra-processed foods also lack (where relevant) beneficial ingredients such as;

(and highly palatable) (but granted, not always easy for those with little free time or inclination)

Just good, reasonably healthy food. This is what an unprocessed meal looks like.
