Consistency
Consistency is key to growth and improvement. Progress is rarely linear and exercising and training consistently ensures you maintain progress over the long term (and when progress seems slow). It also avoids the trap of quietly giving up without actually making a decision. You skip a day here, a day there and in a few weeks you're not hitting the gym or going running at all.
Don't let perfect be the enemy of good.
Just do it and stick to your program and routine. If you don't have a routine, create one and stick to it.
